I tried to buy hand sanitizer in my town today...it's sold out everywhere.
A kind soul directed me to a YouTube listing of home-made hand sanitizer videos.
Here's the one I picked for its simplicity. It only requires 2 ingredients...rubbing alcohol (try and get one that's higher than 60%...say, 70%) and aloe vera gel. The ratio is 2/3 rubbing alcohol and 1/3 aloe vera gel.
