How will this battle turn out today?...

The 60 min charts below of the Major Indices show today's struggle, so far, between the bulls and bears in the August 8th "zone"...It's important for the bear case that the VIX hold 35.50, imo...I'll post these charts again over the weekend to see how things turned out...
